What personal data do we collect?

Strava access token and activities

By connecting to the Services using Strava, you grant ProBikeGarage access to your public and private Strava activities and personal data. In order for us to provide you with our Services, we need to store a Strava API access token so we can make some read operations on your behalf without the need to know your password.

We also store all your Strava bike activities (rides, virtual rides, e-bike rides, etc.) to provide fast access to your data.

Your name and email

We need your name and email to personalize the Services and send you related communications. These could go from notifications needed for the Services to app update announcements. You can opt-out non-critical communications.

We collect this information from the 3rd-party sites that you can use for authentication (e.g. Strava).

Device information

In order to send you notifications required by the Services to your devices, we need to store a list of unique identifiers that represent your devices.

We collect this information after you create an account or login into an existing account in a new device.

Anonymous usage data

We collect some anonymous data related to the Services usage and errors to maintain and improve the Services.

How we share information?

We do not share any of your personal information with any 3rd-party unless required by ProBikeGarage to provide you with our Services. Those 3rd-parties include email providers and device notifications providers.

How long we store information?

We store your information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until you ask us to delete it or your account is deleted, whichever comes first.
